Taking a few minutes each day to connect with the universal consciousness gives us an opportunity to get the most out of our daily existence. It’s one of the easier things we can do, but it still seems the hardest at times. But I know that whenever I take 5 minutes of quiet time every morning to ask for direction and listen for guidance, my days are better than the days where I just rush right in bullheaded and full of myself.
No matter your belief in any God, religion, or own brand of spirituality, my experience is that if we open ourselves up to the universe and are able to quiet ourselves enough to listen, we will receive guidance that can make our days a lot more relevant.
