Growing up I learned that if you want to set and achieve big goals, we need to start with small goals and work up from there. Accomplish your small goals, gain confidence, challenge yourself with bigger goals. From there you’ll get to the point where your successes will give you the confidence to conquer big goals without anxiety or worry.
